Wish You Were Here

The first course from my lunch at Mia, in Caesars, prepared by famous French chef Georges Perrier. Yes, it tasted as good as it looks! I'll be back in SF Monday evening, and will be posting some of the many great shots I took at this delicious event. Stay tuned!

I am so jealous! I was fortunate enough to eat at Chef Ramsey's London restaurant in NYC last year. The dish you show here looks similar to one I had whilst there... "Delicious" is evident in every single pixel!

Loved the ability to get such a "close up" look. A beautiful and mouth watering look at the food YOU GOT TO EAT! Dang! When you get back we want a demonstration - No, not of you eating, but preparing some of the great food you are enjoying. Promise?

I enlarged the photo. Got my fork, my napkin and was ready to take a taste and then I realized it was a cruel joke by Chef John. Looked absolutely wonderful. You must share this recipe with all your fans
