Wow! The bread looks beautiful and whatever that is underneath it looks scrumptious too!
omg.. that picture makes me so hungry...
Man, that dip looks delicious. What's in it :)?
garlic, O oil, herbs, pepper flakes.
I could have good bread like that, with dipping oil and make it my dinner, with a nice glass of wine, and be very satisfied! Then again, every once in a while, when the weather is as warm as it's been here, I even like having just chips and salsa for dinner, with a cold beer. Sorry, has anyone mentioned there's a +50 degree difference from SF and where you are? :-/
Can't wait for the recipe now because I'm sure it's gonna be great and easy. Gee, people should stop going to culinary schools and just read this site. It's the best culinary textbook ever!
Wow! This looks GOOD! Please share the recipe for the bread AND the dip.
Cold beer and salsa? I got stuck in the snow three times today trying to get in and out of my driveway. Cold beer and salsa indeed.
78 in Vacaville yesterday, a cool 69 today.
Chef, please elaborate on how the no-knead dough became this awesome looking ciabatta!
I'm filming that Sunday and it should be up soon after.
