Great video, Chef!

Anyone have New Year's traditions to share? Ours is for everyone to run out the back door at the first stroke of midnight, taking all the bad luck from the previous year and run back in through the front door before the 12th stroke... bringing in a fresh start and new luck. (You have to run so the bad luck can't catch up with you and to make it back in before the final strike of the clock)

"Anyone have New Year's traditions to share?" We had company last night and that topic came up. My girlfriend Sue's family had a tradition of only eating appetizers on NY's Day when she was a child so we decided to revive the tradition today. Again, we have company coming over and we're serving only appetizers. I think it's a fun idea.

Happy New Year Chef John!!!!
