A happy Friday to all of you foodwishers! Here's a picture from the next clip coming your way; Spinach Feta Pie. It's been a crazy busy week, as I labor to keeping up with the cookbook production, About.com writing, and supplying you with a steady stream of fresh video recipes. Having said that, I'm certainly not complaining! I have the best job (non "real" job) in the world. Stay tuned!

oh man, please let me know when you're hiring!
Yum! I can't wait to see the video!
The best thing from your site I read this week (ok, other than the Boston creme pie porn and your pithy responses)..."Is this really a Buffalo Bean"? I found them in Chinatown a couple of years ago and was stymied! And here you are with an answer. Thank you chef. Thank you.
I look forward to gifting your book to everyone I've ever met.
The spinach in that pie looks so green and vibrant!
Looks delish. I can't wait for the recipe!
I found you on YouTube several months ago while looking for a Pumpkin Bread recipe. (Your's was perfection.) I thoroughly, thoroughly enjoy your videos. You're real, fun, unpretentious and just plain made to do this. (Unlike a majority of the self-absorbed fame hogs on Food Network.) You're too good for television. You're Our Chef. Chef Every Man, not Chef Cardboard Cut-Out or Chef Corporate Product Invention. You may not get the fame, recognition or money they do, but you'll know your fans love you for who you are and because we actually try and enjoy your recipes; Not because you're "famous and on TV."
I just wanted to thank you. You're in my Favorites and the first resource I'll use when I need help, suggestions or instruction. Thanks for making cooking fun again. I really do cook more now. With all the troubles in the world today, I've retreated to the kitchen to make interesting and really good food. It's been a great respite and something that's just for me. Watching your videos reminded me that it should be fun, too. A jovial attitude makes it as much fun to look forward to as it is to actually do. The world may be going to hell in a government bread basket, but I can turn it all off and get oh So Faux Fancy in the kitchen and make your Chicken Roulade. For a time, all's well again.
P.S. As a result of trying your Pumpkin Bread recipe, I now bake all of my own bread - all of it artisan.
This looks so good! Can't wait for the recipe!
I wish this were my dinner right now.
Wow/ Looks tasty. We made a spinach, artichoke, cream cheese, and mozzarella frittata last week. Looks similar. Can't wait to see how you mad this!
I tried this recipe with portabella mushroom instead of bacon. It turned out great! Thank you for the recipe.
Wow ! Anything with feta has my attention.
