I have the tomatoes from the garden, lettuce and mayo in the fridge. Toast some bread and bring on the bacon.

Hmmmm, looks like you're frying up some cured bacon ? I cook it once in a while but normally just eat it cold with some bread... a real honkey delight :)
Ummmmm. I have one batch under my belt and am due to cure another batch soon. So far I haven't given anyone botulism and have made bacon snobs out of those who've eaten it. Nothing like homemade bacon:) Real porky, bacony flavor.Looking forward to seeing your technique.
