Anxiously awaiting. Harvested a few pie pumpkins this year as well as some carving pumpkins for the grandkids. Hope the recipe uses 5-spice, that was so good in past recipes.
That looks a lot like what I served for Thanksgiving this year :)I took my regular pie filling recipe that my daughter and I created together way back when and made a caramel which I poured into the bottom of some individual small ramekins and let cool ... topped with the pumpkin pie filling and baked in a water bath til done. I did this the day before and on serving day just inverted the ramekin on a serving plate and viola yummy goodness ... can't wait to see this low fat version cause mine was definitely NOT low fat.
