I'm afraid all I did was filet it, bread it, and pan-fry it, so I'll be looking forward to the much more interesting things you'll be doing.
I saw that post, and yes, what a beauty! I'm editing the vid today, but I didn't so much go ice fishing, as filmed ice fishing, and then cooked the sweetest, freshest fish i've ever had!

Looking forward to watching your filleting skillz! I've caught and filleted hundreds if not thousands of these little beauties.
Sorry to disappoint you, but as you'll see I leave the fishing and filleting to my hosts... i took care of the cooking and the eating :-)
