Made this as a present for a guy friend, who only said he wanted a dessert. It was a total pleaser, and my family ended up eating half of it as well :) Brother's words: "Awesome cherry poptart." Used some organic, good cherries, but next time I'll shell out the dough. Or wait 'til cherry season.
