Poached egg! Argh, I failed at it (due to high temperatures...and not a big pot)

I hope you have something for us who don't have a deep pot...more like a smaller version.

Some people don't like the vinegar too, anything for that?

I have to say, all your recipes are a huge masochistic experience for me, since I was diagnosed with crohn's disease last year...amazing as always...makes me both happy and sad, at least I can cook for other people...
