Seriously man, it's like torture. You look at your pics and want the food now. Nay, when I look at the combo: poached eggs and garlic garlic steak, I NEED it now! I'm, like, hitting F5 every 10 seconds. Hope you're not planning on posting the recipes on the 19th. Since we need to prepare and practice the recipe a few times, you must do it today/tomorrow. cheers!
Too bad the garlic steak wasn't posted today. I was just flying back from Europe the other day and had a stop-over in Germany. I couldn't figure out why all the stores were closed on a Monday, so I Googled German holidays. The Monday after Pentecost is known as Whit Monday. Wednesday is Knoblauchsmittwoch, which is.... Garlic Wednesday. Apparently you are supposed to eat something with garlic today.
