I'd like to try the Pomegranate Braised Lamb but there doesn't seem to be a recipe posted. Am I looking in the wrong place? I've reviewed almost all of your recipes and, Chef John, you cook just like I do. Must be all my years cooking cause I didn't go the CS. Just messing with ya.

Hey Chef John,

Just wanted to let you know I made kiwi gelee and strawberry gelee this week, and both worked incredibly! I made the peach gelee when you first posted the recipe and thought it was so delicious I had no choice but to experiment some more. The strawberry one was SO GOOD. I added about 1/2 tsp of balsamic vinegar to make the strawberry flavor pop, as I had seen you do in your strawberry sauce for the new york style cheesecake.

I know you don't make a lot of candy, Chef John, but that gelee recipe truly is a winner. YUM!
