I've been watching reruns of Anthony Bourdain & Andrew Zimmern going to the dirty south enjoying Boudin. I can't wait for this recipe! PS - I have leftover duck jelly from the duck rilletes I made during Christmas. What do you recommend doing with, about a cup of, duck stock?
