Hey right on. I just added Clams, Pumpkin Seeds, and Wheat Germ in to my diet. Huge fan of clams. I'm in NE, and we're always getting fresh clams of all kinds.
Raised on clams, and going clamming. When I was just a little kid out on the boat with my dad, I would complain about being hungry. He'd say, "There's a bucket of clams next to you son." When I responded that I couldn't open them, too young, he waded back to the boat and cracked two against each other. "There, now you have breakfast." Hopefully your recipe is a little more refined ;-)
