Cut the dumpling ingredients in half (like all your recipes, this is way too much food for me and my husband) and still ended up with twice as many dumplings as we could reasonably eat. I guess it's because I'm from the South but I found the dumplings to be a little off. Down here, we make dumplings that look really slimy and gross -I know I'm selling this dish really well- but they taste amazing and have a nice, dense texture.
