In my home town (Oporto in Port...Awsome as allways.<br />In my home town (Oporto in Portugal) we have on of the ultimate sandwich meal the "francesinha" it's a meat (steak, sausage, a kind of chourizo and cured ham) sandwich covered with cheese (later melted) with hot(veryyy hot) spicy sauce on top usually served with french fries, sunny side up egg or even shrimp. But the magic is in the sauce,is very hard to get a good sauce combination.
