I would have never bought this squash if it wasn't for this video so thank you!!
We had a hard time getting them to brown on the one side. We used a dark baking sheet lined with parchment paper and had to leave them in for over 25 min before we decided to take them out before they went to mush. Any suggestions for next time?

Thank you again for this wonderful recipe!!klanseahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10220492674224983876noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-58996107561516463292017-10-07T16:10:39.566-04:002017-10-07T16:10:39.566-04:00I was one of those people who thought they were de...I was one of those people who thought they were decorative gourds. The knife goes through easily and it is very safe. I ended up making some Sriracha mayo to dip them in and it worked great. If you use one of those broad, cleaver-shaped Chinese vegetable knives to do your cutting, you can just tilt it horizontally and use that to scoop up your goodies instead of having to use a bench scraper. Saves up on washing afterwards too!spicychickenwingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08584836019388424393noreply@blogger.com
