I also must admit that you, chef John, are always well informed about the original version of the italian recipes you propose..but..this time..could I dare to post a correction? Cotechino is great, but the italian tradition wants it simply boiled! This is because it's a very fat sausage, and letting it boil for over 2 hours, it stays incredibly..how can I explain it? Buttery and soft!! Anyway, there are lot of other recipes you can create with it, and your idea sounds tasty too!
P.S. to all the reading ones:
stay sure..it never smells but good!!erikanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-39361398685096040992011-01-11T20:13:59.328-05:002011-01-11T20:13:59.328-05:00i finally started my own site. check it out if yo...i finally started my own site. check it out if you have time. i love you chef john! http://grubstakedujour.blogspot.com/michellefillionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00405741228035157353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-79445262415176831282011-01-11T18:26:59.497-05:002011-01-11T18:26:59.497-05:00That's ALL i do!! ;-)That's ALL i do!! ;-)Chef Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15030125427840815038noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-21947878613094043672011-01-11T18:25:29.937-05:002011-01-11T18:25:29.937-05:00I am such a fan, thanks for great tips and posts, ...I am such a fan, thanks for great tips and posts, you must spend hours filming and editing!Arlenehttp://www.arlenecocosprairiekitchen.areavoices.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-34792214775654990732011-01-11T17:40:51.319-05:002011-01-11T17:40:51.319-05:00Another great recipe!
