I live near Tampa and it is too hot and humid usually to cook much, so thank you Chef. rockshothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15611033161887072097noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-22228603062033277512017-06-11T08:20:55.057-04:002017-06-11T08:20:55.057-04:00Hi Chef, your instructions are excellent, I have r...Hi Chef, your instructions are excellent, I have recently tried about 3 of your recipes. I am an American living abroad, a native New Yorker. I grew up eating Chinese food, and truly miss egg rolls. I have tried, and can get spring rolls, and rice paper rolls, lettuce rolls, etc. I have not been able to reproduce egg rolls at all. First thing is one cannot get egg roll wrappers anywhere, so the first thing would be making the wrappers. How do I know this? I'm Vietnamese, but since it is a California Roll I guess it's okay, but I live in California though haha. Anyways thanks for setting up an Appetizer category it's awesome! Still waiting for that darn gingerbread video to go up though.

P.S. I always post my comments as Anonymous because I don't want to go through all the trouble by making an account anyways, happy holidays!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-3031784913507733412007-06-30T18:55:00.000-04:002007-06-30T18:55:00.000-04:00Guess I'll 'have' to do a trial run:DThanksGuess I'll 'have' to do a trial run:D

ThanksAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-24382203903608869902007-06-30T17:40:00.000-04:002007-06-30T17:40:00.000-04:00I have done them overnight, but the wrapper can bec...I have done them overnight, but the wrapper can become a bit tough.
