We dined at Landscape Restaurant i...ear Chef John,<br /><br />We dined at Landscape Restaurant in Hobart, Tasmania on Saturday night, I had Octopus with a romesco sauce made with an added ingredient, nduja. I am trying your recipe for octopus and romesco and have added the nduja, about 120 grams. I did pass it (the finished romesco sauce) through a drum sieve to make a smoother consistency.
