I make it all chicken broth, but have some mushroom homemade broth. 1st how long do I have to use it up? Second, do you think adding it to this recipe will be fine? Finally, I'm having trouble with the video, can you see about reposting it? Don't remember the time frames on each step, and most importantly, I'd hate for anyone to miss out on this fablous recipe that has become a family favorite in my home :)
Thanks for all your culinary creativity!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00480966242070294371noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-27498225549157343032013-01-10T12:17:25.889-05:002013-01-10T12:17:25.889-05:00Sorry its such a challenge! its only a splash and ...Sorry its such a challenge! its only a splash and i've done many times w/o wine and still quite good. I even used some very rudimentary Italian that a toddler would be ashamed of to ask if they had any and they didn't. They are probably thinking there's another wino american, LOL. I found the dreaded cooking sherry in the commissary. After looking there and the liquor stores in the area I went with the cooking sherry. I'm trying this soup out tomorrow I think. Tonight is "feel better" chicken soup without shitake mushrooms cause that's another item that's just not here. We do have other shrooms that are good though.
Ed the house chefhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01577365205824100488noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-37796871239606280512013-01-10T10:52:28.764-05:002013-01-10T10:52:28.764-05:00Did you check a liquor store?
