This one is too "heavy" and the amount of flour and cocoa powder are probably the cause. It's also one of the few recipes using a water bath (adding an extra, unnecessary step to make a tasty molten cake).<br /><br />If you want to try a version of underbaked molten cake (like this one), the original Jean Georges recipe is better.
