However, it took a little longer to download but not enough to be annoying. Though a smaller screen size, I liked the look. The colors “seemed” brighter and denser (but that could be my monitor). The YouTube version looks a little washed out, color is not so crisp and bright.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-42415796247801792612007-09-11T16:16:00.000-04:002007-09-11T16:16:00.000-04:00As you said, the only reason the smaller one looks...As you said, the only reason the smaller one looks crisper is because it's shrunken down. It's much more annoying to look at the tiny postage stamp size, and besides, this clip, I think, is an old one made with your old camera. The new camera provides a much crisper picture at the regular YouTube size.

As for where to upload, having the videos available on YouTube allows other people to embed and share your videos into other sites, such as VideoSift or their own blogs, which provides you with more advertising and redirected traffic for your own site. I think you should stick to YouTube for this very important reason. The fact that you post the ingredients in the blog is an ingenious way of ensuring that they will come this way when they see the video somewhere else.Tyler Hinklehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16100402014813664519noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-19011918511443251952007-09-10T09:27:00.000-04:002007-09-10T09:27:00.000-04:00My only lament is that I couldn't wait to try this...My only lament is that I couldn't wait to try this until after the sauce recipe was posted here. I'm not sure if you can (or should) download the clips to your hard disk. But, I've been playing around with iDVD software on the mac and may put the the archived clips on dvds and sell them (for a very affordable price) to help support the site. I was planning to do a post about that idea soon. Stay tuned.Chef Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15030125427840815038noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-88537962574457050252007-09-09T10:04:00.000-04:002007-09-09T10:04:00.000-04:00whoa this pulls me back to the beginning of chef j...whoa this pulls me back to the beginning of chef johns work... saberj2x :P

excellent chicken recipe
I did half butter half olive oil though..Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-84817114390698100552007-09-09T09:41:00.000-04:002007-09-09T09:41:00.000-04:00I like the blogger video too. If you're talking extremes : Ultra-sharp but ultra small would be, to me, much more unattractive to look at than the bigger but blurrier version (of course, there is a limit to that too). I personally don't think that the blurriness is really bad enough to justify making it any smaller.

Also, you may want to keep some type of YouTube connection, as that is the way that I (and many more?) have come across you at all. I always liked your idea of sucking people in to your site to get the ingredients amounts. Very smart. It hooked me!

But I've been wrong about many, many, many things.
