That's an obsolete and dumb way of thinking; the whole premise of "good eats" assumes that there's "bad eats." Well, maybe good eats for someone doesn't necessarily mean bad eats for someone else.

As I write this, Chef John, I'm baking a pizza using your "thin-crust" pizza dough recipe. And its crust is an inch thick. To a certain extent (and assuming that the food is prepared reasonably well), there's not a wrong way to eat food - just different ways.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04504084758304064236noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-65999181939603655892009-12-07T15:00:29.434-05:002009-12-07T15:00:29.434-05:00I feel so much better about the seven different bo...I feel so much better about the seven different bottles of mustard I have languishing in my fridge now!Wendy B.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15142547156690581434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-55242124636183379382009-12-06T17:02:42.676-05:002009-12-06T17:02:42.676-05:00Thank u chef for TED.com !!!!Thank u chef for TED.com !!!!proximationhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15640902077410290880noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-54118575289450927562009-12-06T06:05:08.842-05:002009-12-06T06:05:08.842-05:00Your blog is super. So, after years and years of going through all the different brands/styles from chunky to thick to extra thick to garlicy to you name it, I've finally settled on the one kind that began it all, the simple Italian version that was, according to this terrific video, the one the big companies thought was the be all/end all. So, they were right all along as far as I'm concerned, they just had to present a zillion different kinds in the meantime to convince me. But, that's just me.Bill W, NHnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-60483567521879959672009-12-04T14:23:01.791-05:002009-12-04T14:23:01.791-05:00Very interesting point.Very interesting point.Luaticahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05708275429193105229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7173052990851751381.post-64082309169894628822009-12-04T13:58:27.264-05:002009-12-04T13:58:27.264-05:00Oh my gosh! so good, this guy!
