I was skeptical about trying this becau...Chef John,<br />I was skeptical about trying this because of past experience creating chocolate hockey pucks. Horrible.<br /><br />But I thought, what the heck, you went to chef school and tried this recipe. What could possibly go wrong?<br /><br />I used regular chocolate chips and walnuts and my whiskyette for mixing the wet ingredients and my spunula for the flour. <br /><br />Used 4" round crocks. Did the ol' tappa tappa. Power on High. Timer on 45 seconds.<br /><br />Result: Perfectamundo!!!<br /><br />No ice cream in the house. But I drizzled caramel sauce on top.
