The only difference is that I cook them in a frying pan on top of the stove, sort of like crepes. I don't turn them over, just roll them up. This recipe would make a handful. This one puffed up nicely and did NOT collapse before we ate it, even though my cast iron pan probably wasn't hot enough when I poured in the batter.
