Hello Chef... I live in Louisiana near New Orleans. We grow plenty of cucuzza here....growing up we ate it in red gravy over pasta during lent in place of meat. Please post a recipe using cucuzza...that is my Food Wish....thank you Chef. Hope you and Michelle enjoyed yall's vacation....
