Coming Soon: Miso-Glazed Skirt Steak

One silver lining with this kitchen remodel is that I've had to do lots of cooking outside on the grill. That means playing around with lots of new recipe ideas, like this miso-glazed skirt steak I tried yesterday. I'm making a video of this meaty masterpiece for sure, and I'll post later this week. Stay tuned!

Sounds yummy! No grocery stores carry skirt steak here, but I can 'pre-order' it 2 days in advance! (where's there's a will, there's a way!)

Chef, According to this morning's CBS Sunday Morning program, there's an ice cream shop in Columbus, Ohio named Jeni's that offers cayenne ice cream. Naturally, I thought of you. Enjoy!

Chef John, I accidentally discovered you about 2 weeks ago and I've been addicted to your food blog and videos ever since. I've tried a few things already (spaghetti "risotto" and a meat sauce) and they came out so delicious!! Thank you so much for doing what you do. I love to cook and try new recipes and yours always look amazing. It's great to have the video to actually see what you're doing instead of just written directions. I also plan to make your wonton soup, but I am in Poland right now and wonton wrappers aren't the most common thing here and I can't find them. I'll prob have to wait until I'm back in the US in a few weeks. Anyway THANK YOU! You are awesome :D

Will this work on London Broil? Would I need to marinate overnight or is there a recipe you would recommend for London Broil?

When I look at your blog in Ie, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping.
