I think you should have led off with this. Making bread for most, is a weekend delight. The pork and the veggies are weeknight manageable.
I already tried the pork, albeit I just used on pork loin chop as a taste test. I thought it was good. I am defiantly going to build the sandwich, but it will have to wait for the weekend.
