Split as opposed to .............. um .......... drilled? How else do you get the tube steak in there?
OH YES! Cannot wait.
Roberto - as opposed to the (I think) more common side split buns. Top splits tend to be rare outside of New England and the Maritime Provinces.
As a native New Englander, this is the ONLY acceptable way to slice a hot dog bun!
