Just a quick programing note that due to the holiday yesterday, today’s video
will be posted Wednesday instead. I’m getting a little smarter in my old age,
and actually try to take these off-days off, so I didn’t do a film yesterday.
The good news is, we’ll be back tomorrow with a recipe video for one of my
all-time favorite cold summer side dishes, quite possibly invloving cucumbers. Stay tuned!

Hi chef john! Very excited about your new videos! Wasn't sure which was the best way to ask whether in YouTube or here but I'd like to request a video on how to make a crispy honey chicken. I've seen a few buuutt I'd like to see what you like:) ooo and while I'm here, I frequently go to this Lebanese restaurant where they make an amazing lentil lemony and cuminey soup and I cannot seem to recreate it!
