Chef John is Doing a Facebook Live!

That's right! I'll be doing a Facebook Live on Thursday, June 8! To enjoy what's being described as the second most anticipated public testimony that day, go to Allrecipes.com's Facebook page at 2PM, and as always, enjoy!

I saw the announcement a little early, before this video. Ignore the FB Friend Request Chef...I was covering my bases. See you tomorrow!

Can you post the video here afterwards? I'm busy saving the world at 2:00pm Thursday.

I think many east coasters don't know what Pacific Time is.

Anyone who can lend a hand to a confused European and tell me what time 2 PM is in 1 + GMT?

2:00 PM, what time zone?

So what time zone? I am EST, it is 2:11PM here and I am on facebook allrecipes page and see nothing about this live event. very frustrating.

Chef John, love your blog. I know this is the wrong section for this comment but can you hook us up with a spicy mustard pickled egg recipe?

This sauce is delicious! Chef, can you use this sauce also with chicken? Like in "chicken on a stick" from Chinese takeout menus.

It was delightful to see you on the Facebook Live broadcast. Except for the brief interviews posted here and there, the only access I routinely had to the form and figure that is "Chef John" were the momentary glances of reflections in the mixing bowls or other reflective cooking items in your videos. I readily admit even that was a challenge. Now, there is an almost feature length video that shows you- an unpretentious, witty personality with a knack for storytelling - and some guy trying to sell a cookbook.

Thank you, and AllRecipes for that treat!
