Hello chef John. I live in Poland. I found your video blog, thanks to a friend. I've been watching your videos on youtube for a very long time, and just yesterday, i was just thinking, how many videos you already posted, and here i have an answer. I am really glad, that you share all your recipes with people all arround the world, and we can actually use your knowledge as chef in our kitchens. Hope u will keep up your passion and love. PS. could u make any traditional polish dish, would love to see that in American style.
Hi from Australia Chef! I have a suggestion for vid #1000. Something with home made Thousand island dressing (get it?) like a Reuben, Philly cheese steak, Po'boy or some kind of monster burger.
