Can't wait for this one. After a trip to New Orleans, my wife and I have been ordering red beans & rice every time we see Popeyes.

Oh man I can't wait for your take on this Louisiana classic.
My son has been begging for a dish that he says has red beans and rice but also sausage, maybe this is what he is thinking of. He has this aversion to asking people for recipes and then I'm to perform miracles dreaming it up :)
