So, I gave it a try - using the Brie and Gruyere substitution. No creamy sauces. It stille tasted nice, but the gratification to cooking time ratio is way off. Guess I'll try it again with the correct cheese ordered from Amazon. Or should I maybe try making the cheese sauce and pouring it over first? It did look wonderful when it came out of the oven.
