Getting through the mid-life phase can be the best of the best, or the worst of the worst..., and you can't blame anyone (or give credit to another); it's your very own attitude that will make or break your living experiment. Id say you have bigger concerns, dude. Hell hath no fury as a sister-in-law whose true age youve just outed on the inter-web. Watch out for those carefully placed banana peels.

I'll be turning 40 in October. It makes you wonder how long you've really got.
