Happy Easter
Just a quick post wishing you all a happy Easter. I've been having a great few days away from the computer – spending time with family, eating, drinking, and taking some pictures of things that aren't going to be eaten minutes later (good thing for the goats).

Happy Easter! Wonderful weather in Jersey and Easter dinner was enjoyed with friends and family mostly outdoors due to the glorious day. Food was exceptional and so was the company.
Great shots Chef... Your now famous Green Bean Casserole made it onto our table today. Friends were blown away by the taste and simplicity of the dish and it complimented the exceptional boneless rib roast very well...

For my foodwish, will you do salsa? I love fresh salsa and I love your recipes. Would a combination of both be too sinful? Maybe, but I'm willing to take that risk!!
