Wishing You a Very Merry Christmas!

(c) 1956 Francis P. Johnson
Michele and I are heading to Windsor, CA, for Christmas with the family, and before we do, we want to wish all of you who celebrate, a very Merry Christmas! May you be surrounded by lots of loved ones, and plate after plate of great food.

I'll be taking a little holiday break from the blog until Tuesday, when we’ll be back with a brand new video recipe, so stay tuned for that. Have fun, play nice, travel safe, and as always, enjoy!!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for all of the great recipes. My family and I just finished our Christmas dinner of prime rib roast and of course I got the recipe from your site and I will say it was delicious and cooked to perfection. Tomorrow I'm making your green bean casserole which my family loves. Have a wonderful holiday.

A very Merry Chrismas to you and Michelle. I have learnt so much from your spirited videos over the last year and have been spreading my new found love of cooking to co-workers, often quoting, Chef John will be your go to guy for all things good in the kitchen.

Sending you warm wishes and many new recipies to inspire in the new year.

It is now 0755 hr in Athens, Greece. The first thing I am doing is to wish you, Chef John, and your family a Merry Christmas and may YOU be enjoying the company of your close ones and lots, lots of good nearly as good as yours or maybe better food which of course we all look forward on receiving the recipes for. Enjoy!!
I made Turkey Ballotine for today with our family's traditional stuffing which I will share with you all.
