Hi Chef John, I was wondering what has happened to the pork tenderloin with the balsamic vinegar and apples. I cannot find the recipe anywhere and I would really love to make it again.
Its that pork tenderloin you made a few months ago with the creamy polenta. For some reason I can't find it on your website. I just wanted to say thank you for the BLT recipe and the Sour Cream Chocolate Cake. They have been a much loved recipe :)

That's a pepper with a spring onion in it. Peppercorn eyes and pasta wheels. Can you substitute bacon?
To me, it looks like a tomato with a green onion in the cart.
