It’s been far too long since I shared a video from some of the
new blood on YouTube. And by “new blood” I mean the young punks who will eventually
put me out of work. Oh well, we had a good run. Anyway, Noah does a great job
here, and I hope he keeps adding to his channel. By the way, I really like the
music. Enjoy!

He even shaved his knuckles!
I like the video's music, pretty sure I'd heard it before . =P
The Best Form of Flattery!
vegan french toast...tofu scramble???
I think you're safe Chef!
I'll try this but will change it up little. I'll sub eggs and cream for the batter and fry it in butter. Drizzle fresh squeezd bee honey and serve with half a pound of bacon.
The two things that would've made this young punk's video better: #1: a joke that references an early 90's song… and #2: hairy knuckles. Good luck kid, Chef John's got some big shoes to fill!
When Noah discovers brioche it's going to blow his mind. Or send him to the hospital. Or both.
Thanks but no thanks. I love French cooking and I'll stick to making my French toast with real ingredients including real Wonder Bread.
Er, what? Non-dairy milk, chickpea flour, and no eggs? I can't imagine that would be more than disappointing.
I think I will make some real french toast and use chef John's recipe.
Yeah, I'll pass on all the "trending" ingredients and make mine with real ingredients.
Don't let them bug you, kid. The recipe looks solid. A non-dairy milk would probably add a little sweetness and work out better than the meat-and-potatoes cooks would think.
Thanks for the post
Nice job and kudos to Noah! Not particualrly my type of cuisine though - I'll be sticking with Chef John. I have just one question however . All those organic and unprocessed ingredients and you end with confectioners sugar???
Replace you? Never. We love you! Thank you for everything you do - and for just being you.
What a nice thing to do for a talented young chef! We're looking forward to more of Noah's recipes!
I guess this 'French Bread' is the word for 'Pain Perdu' ... I always make them with eggs, not in the US ?
He lost me at non dairy milk. No butter???? Sorry--not for me. You are definitely safe, Chef John
