Okay, this has gone on long enough...It's smoked paprika oil. I filmed it and will air soon.
It's an old fashioned glass with some kind of dark amber liquid in it...Oh, and not to be picky Chef, but the fingerprint on the glass tsk tsk...as Ramsay would say...OH C´MON NOW!

Koolaid. He he. I know....I read your answer. It looks like jello.
mm sounds good do you think this would be flexible like being able to make any flavour oil?
YEs, this technique work for many things. I also made a curry oil.
Flavored oils, flavored salts, herb rubs or blends, freshly made sauces and condiments; things you might find in the kitchen of a savory-savvy chef!
I was gonna say, "red".
Thanks to all of you who guessed. To repeat it is smoked paprika oil, and will be demo'd. Stay tuned!
I cannot wait! Ever since trying some excellent smoked paprika at a local spice merchant (RIP due to shipping costs) I'm hooked on the stuff!
oh man! (smack smack) thats my mouth savoring the possibilities.
