I've tried this a couple of times. The first time, I was very careful and it took me a while. The starving and restless natives fell upon it as if they hadn't seen food in a month. This time, I had my cast iron pan too hot and kinda scorched one side of the pork. They still fell upon it. I think it's the wondrous sauce. Thank you, Chef John!
