can't wait!! always loved the intense music that comes along with the teasers. btw, have you ever considered competing on top chef? you would be terrific!
I know that you have several recipes on your site for flank steak, but no stores or butchers sell "flank steak" around here. Is it possible that the flank steak has another name? Or could you possibly decribe what portion of the cow it comes from so we could ask for a custom cut? We are in Northeast PA if it makes a difference. Thanks for a great site, Scott
No other name I know. What are your grocery store chains? You've called them asking for flank steak? Any grocery store sells flank steak, even Walmart has them. Call around!
Oh man, that looks incredible. It's all of my favorite things - all in one. Can't wait to try it!
Chris K - It's definitely basil. Being Thai influenced, I would think that it's Thai Basil, but with the rounded leaves, I looks more like sweet basil.
My wife and I made this tonight and it was amazing! We thinly sliced the steak (with basil still on top), then made sliders. Even writing this makes me crave it again!
Thanks for the recipe. We'll be making this again!

Thanks, but I'm about 15 years too old for a Top Chef tryout ;-)

why did you gave us a teaser instead of the full video? isn't that double work for you?
can't wait!
