Just bought a nice butternut squash yesterday, so after making that delicious flan last week, I'm looking forward to the lasagna demo. ;)

I was excited when I found this and then I read 2010 and was a bit disappointed. I'll try to make this version which I'm sure is as you say incredibly delicious. Thanks Chef John.
