I am with Ice, I went on Atkins last week. I only have to do it 2 months a year, then I get to eat what I want for the next 10 months. Problem is, I went on it the wrong time. I check in here every day and drool. I am considering making that no bake cheesecake, sans crust and fruit. Substitute sweetener for the sugar. I dislike artificial sweetener, but at this point, I might try it.
I normally enjoy the teasers you put up before posting a video but this one is just torturous!
I am also on the paleo diet, but I am already planning how to work around the pasta. I think I will take cauliflower, chop it in to small bite size pieces and boil it in water with a bit of salt and chicken bullion until soft. I use this method as a potato replacement fairly often but I think it would work equally well as a pasta replacement in this case.
