Dear Chef John, a question....when you were making the sauce you forgot to mention what the white liquid was that you added towards the end..was that cream or milk? thank you
Hi I am from Puerto Rico and we dont get trader joes here. (hope they frachise) so what can i substitute the double roasted salsa with? is it ok if i put in bbq sauce or ketchup?

sorry not sure what you saw, there is no white liquid being added to the sauce. Only the beef broth.
