I can't post this video recipe until I return from New York next week, but trust me, it will be worth the wait. This may have been the best soup I've ever made (and maybe, ever eaten!). Stay tuned.
Chef John, What is with all these videos on about.com? i mean they're awesome (just like all your other videos) but its a pain to go through and have to try to find your videos. I mean life is a whole lot easier when they are all on one page and i can click and watch them all. Its like finding a needle in a haystack. None the less those videos are definately worth looking for, some of those recipes are delicious! Keep up the good work chef johns and happy blogging! :)
Chef John, I love your recipes and videos but, i hate trying to find them on about. Its like trying to find a needle in a haystack. But none the less the videos are superb, the recipes are great. Keep up the good work and happy blogging!

The French Laundry... I've never eaten there, but I swear there's some sort of similar dish... or maybe I'm just talking crazy talk again!
