I just finished filming a shockingly simple, but super flavorful penne pasta with fresh sun gold cherry tomato sauce. I should have this edited and uploaded late tomorrow sometime. Stay tuned!
i'm a new fan to your blog, and i must say that i love your video blogs!! i found you on youtube when i was looking for a julia child recipe in honor of her birthday--august 15. my two young daughters used your recipe, and it was delicious. i am really trying to get my girls (ages 9 and 7) to learn how to eat healthy, homemade food. we have a little herb garden going with basil, rosemary, thyme, and oregano. thus, my question, since i have the long stems of rosemary...can i use one long stem of rosemary instead of two sprigs? i know that it is a dumb question, however, being that i am new to the (dare i say it?) culinary world, what constitutes a sprig? please forgive my ignorance. this is the second time i make this dish in a month--yes, my girls loved it!
Sure, "sprig" is not a real unit of measure, so you just have to eye it and experiment. One of your sprigs may be equal to 2 of mine...or not. No way to tell, taste and adjust! Or go by what it looks like in the video.
I made the pasta that was served in the Chicken D'Arduini video and it was incredibly good. I was never really a fan of anchovies before today; I'm converted! Thanks and I can't wait to try this upcoming recipe as well.
A good friend turned me on to your site and I love it! Thank you for taking the time to not only give out great recipes, but to post easy to follow videos as well.

Cherry tomatoes can make a great sauce. When I had an abundance of cherry tomatoes, I would roast them and make sauce. Look forward to your recipe.
