Kick Out the Jams

Since I just posted that buttermilk biscuit recipe, I figured I better put out some jam. This video from my friend Liza de Guia at Food Curated focuses on specialty jam maker Laura O’Brien from Josephine’s Feast. Enjoy!

Hi Chef John! I love your videos recipes, they are so helpful. I also love your sense of humor, you always make me laugh, LOL.
Today I made your Buttermilk Biscuits for my husband, after he's tried making it on his own several times and just never came out right. So, I decided to try to make it. I gotta tell ya, I can't believe it, my first try and it came out perfect! actually, I used 1c of Buttermilk instead of 3/4c (I didn't want to waste the 1/4c I had left). I also made my own butter, and buttermilk with the help of your videos. Thank you so much for sharing all your delicious recipes. Love ya! Xoxo
