Oh my gosh, these are some fantastic desserts!
chef john , i wanna ask you something about the blitz video you did , in the recipe is there anyway to add portion for the cream cheese filling mixture ? beside using another cheese i was thinking of mixing with whipping cream ... the reason to do this is to cut cost and satisfy costumer for my up coming fundraising event
