Hello from chilly West Chester, PA! After being postponed a week due to weather, I finally made it to QVC for a training session in preparation for a future appearance to promote the cookbook. It's going to be tough to reply to comments and emails for the next day or two, so I'll thank you in advance for your patience. Wish me luck!

Good Luck! Welcome to West Chester!
I'm a new fan just found this website yesterday and now I'm hooked. Making 3 of your recipes in 3 days!!! Keep up the good work.
You're in my backyard!!! Have fun
Good Luck Chef John...You have a natural charisma that really shines...just relax and be yourself...:-)
When will you be on QVC? I want to watch it live rather than wait for the DVD.
By the way, I cooked a boneless leg of lamb the other day using your sous vide method. I used about 140F for 8 hours. Done to perfection.
tender...moist...succulent
With the free liquid that cooked out, it was perfect au jus.
The best leg of lamb I have ever experienced. Thanks for your guidance.
By the way, what is blog etiquette for commenting like this on old postings? Should it be on the old posting, or can it be on a new one, like this?
I was excited after I cooked the lamb but I did not want to mix it in with all of the chocolate comments; it fits better here.

Good Luck! Can't wait!
Wow, that sounds great! I would have liked to try that one. You should google "beer cooler" sous vide. Maybe even easier next time.
Good luck. Maybe you get a free George Foreman Grill.
Chef John...I am confused...is there a Food Wishes Cook Book? I have seen the 150 recipes book on Amazon...is this the one you will be selling on QVC...or have you written another one?
Sorry, here is the link http://foodwishes.blogspot.com/2010/09/about-cookbook-i-did-book-but-not-book.html
